Mary-Knight has more than 30 years of financial and operational experience in a broad range of industries. She is a hands-on leader with expertise in accounting, financial and SEC reporting, budgeting and analysis, treasury, tax, information systems and internal controls. She has significant experience in private equity-backed companies and brings a wealth of knowledge, partnering with senior management to create and unlock value by executing on key strategic initiatives.

She was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Construction Supply Group, a platform rollup of 21 acquisitions in less than four years, becoming a leading distributor of construction materials, accessories and tools. Other experience includes being CFO at A.H. Harris, a wholesale distributor and fabricator of specialty construction products and serving as CFO of Winroc-SPI, the fourth largest wholesale distributor of roofing supplies in the United States.

Mary-Knight started her career at Arthur Andersen. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
