MODE Employees Awarded for Excellence in Compliance

DALLAS, TEXAS (May 30, 2024) – MODE Global, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) firm, is proud to announce Sharon Johnson, chief legal officer, and Heather Sudo, paralegal, have been honored as Innovator(s) of the Year by Compliance Week.

Lance Malesh, CEO of MODE Global, expressed his pride and admiration for Sharon and Heather’s achievements, stating, “Sharon and Heather have worked diligently to elevate the compliance program at MODE to new heights, and this recognition underscores their tremendous work. The Innovator of the Year award is given to an in-house practitioner who has taken an outside-the-box approach to solving a complex problem or made the most out of available resources. Past winners of this award include employees of the Walt Disney Company and Otis Elevator Company.
