Rachel Stephens is SVP of Human Resources at MODE and is responsible for People and Facilities. Rachel has more than a decade in HR experience across multiple industries. Most recently prior to joining MODE, Rachel held HR Strategic Leadership positions with Toyota North America. Prior to Toyota, Rachel began her career at CompuCom Systems Inc., where she held multiple HR leadership positions and ultimately transitioned to Global HR Director responsible for 6,000 employees across 6 countries. Rachel holds a B.B.A in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas.
